سياسة الاستخدام وشروط الخدمة لتطبيق «دَرْدَشَاتِي»

1) التعريف والقبول

باستخدامك تطبيق «دَرْدَشَاتِي» أو إنشاء حساب فيه، فإنك تقرّ أنك قرأت هذه الشروط ووافقت عليها وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.

2) أهلية الاستخدام (+18)

الخدمة مخصصة للبالغين 18 عامًا فأكثر فقط.
يُحظر تمامًا تسجيل القُصّر، أو تصويرهم، أو استهدافهم، أو جمع أي بيانات خاصة بهم.

3) طبيعة الخدمة

«دَرْدَشَاتِي» منصة تعارف ودردشة لمساعدة البالغين على التعارف والتواصل. لا تُقدّم الخدمة أو تسمح بـ:

أي شكل من الخدمات الجنسية أو مرافقة/مواعدة مدفوعة، أو تعويض مقابل لقاءات.
الوساطة أو التوفيق الدولي المبني على علاقة تعويضية.
محتوى عُري أو محتوى إيحائي جنسي.

4) إنشاء الحساب وأمنه

يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة وحديثة، والالتزام بخطوات التحقق (قد تتضمن البريد/الهاتف).
تتحمّل مسؤولية سرية بيانات الدخول واستخدام الحساب.
يُحظر انتحال الهوية أو إنشاء حسابات وهمية.

5) إرشادات المجتمع (سلوك المستخدم)

يلتزم جميع المستخدمين بما يلي:

الاحترام المتبادل، وعدم التحرش، أو التمييز، أو خطاب الكراهية، أو التهديد، أو الابتزاز.
عدم إرسال أو طلب محتوى جنسي أو عُري أو صور حميمة؛ وعدم مشاركة محتوى مقرصن أو مخالف للملكية الفكرية.
عدم طلب/تقديم المال أو الهدايا أو أي مقابل لقاء مواعدة/تعارف.
عدم مشاركة بيانات حساسة (كعناوين المنازل/المستندات الرسمية) مع أطراف لا تثق بهم.
استخدام أدوات الحظر/الإبلاغ عند الضرورة، والامتثال لقرارات الإشراف.

6) المحتوى المحظور

يشمل – دون حصر – ما يلي:

العُري والمحتوى الجنسي والإيحاءات الجنسية.
استغلال القُصّر أو تعريضهم للخطر، أو أي نشاط غير قانوني.
العنف، والتطرف، وخطاب الكراهية.
الاحتيال، والتصيد، والإعلانات المضللة، وبيع السلع/الخدمات المحظورة.
الروابط أو البرمجيات الضارة أو محاولة اختراق الأنظمة.

7) الإشراف والمحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدم (UGC)

قد نستخدم مزيجًا من المراجعة الآلية والبشرية لاكتشاف المخالفات.
نحتفظ بالحق في إزالة المحتوى وتقييد/إيقاف الحسابات المخالِفة دون إشعار مسبق حيثما يقتضي ذلك.
بمنشورك لأي محتوى، تمنح «دَرْدَشَاتِي» ترخيصًا عالميًا غير حصري وقابلًا للترخيص من الباطن لاستخدامه وعرضه لأغراض تشغيل الخدمة.
لطلبات الملكية الفكرية/حقوق التأليف، يُرجى مراسلتنا وفق إجراء الإبلاغ عن الانتهاك.

8) الميزات المؤتمتة/الذكاء الاصطناعي

لا يُسمح باستخدام روبوتات دردشة أو ملفات مُولَّدة اصطناعيًا دون إفصاح واضح للمستخدمين.
عند تفعيل أي ميزة آلية، سنعرض شارة/إشعار تمييزها.

9) الأمان والنصائح

قابل الأشخاص في أماكن عامة، وأخبر صديقًا/أحد معارفك بخطتك.
استخدم أدوات الحظر والإبلاغ فورًا عند رصد سلوك مريب.
لا ترسل أموالًا أو بيانات مالية لمستخدمين آخرين.

10) الأذونات والبيانات

قد يطلب التطبيق أذونات مثل الموقع والصور والإشعارات لغرض تشغيل الميزات (كإظهار الملف الشخصي القريب والتنبيهات).
يخضع جمع البيانات ومعالجتها لسياسة الخصوصية.
قد نستخدم مزوّدين خارجيين (مثل إشعارات الأجهزة وخدمات الدفع)، ويجري تبادل بياناتٍ محدودٍ معهم لتشغيل الميزات.

11) الاشتراكات والمشتريات داخل التطبيق

تتم عمليات الشراء عبر متجر Google Play و متجر Apple Store (أو متاجر رسمية مكافئة) وفق شروطها.
الاشتراكات تتجدد تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغَ قبل موعد التجديد.
قد تختلف سياسات الردّ/الاسترداد حسب منصة الشراء وقوانين بلدك. راجع سياسة المتجر.
العناصر الافتراضية (مثل «العملات/الهدايا/التمييز») غير قابلة للتحويل/الاسترداد إلا إذا نصّت القوانين المعمول بها بخلاف ذلك.

12) التواصل والتنبيهات

بموافقتك، قد نرسل إليك تنبيهات دفع/رسائل داخل التطبيق حول النشاط أو التحديثات.
يمكنك تعديل تفضيلات التنبيهات من إعدادات الجهاز/الحساب.

13) الأطراف الخارجية

قد تتضمن الخدمة عناصر من أطراف خارجية (خدمات مراسلة دفع/خرائط/تحليلات). استخدامك لها يخضع لشروط تلك الأطراف.

14) الإنهاء والتعليق

يمكننا تعليق أو إغلاق أي حساب ينتهك الشروط/القانون أو يسيء استخدام الخدمة.
يمكنك حذف حسابك عبر إعدادات التطبيق أو بطلب كتابي لدعم العملاء.

15) إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». لا نضمن التوافق مع جميع الأجهزة أو الانقطاع الصفري.
لا نتحمّل أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية، بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به.

16) التعويض

توافق على تعويض «دَرْدَشَاتِي» والشركات التابعة عنها مقابل أي مطالبات تنشأ عن إساءة استخدامك للخدمة أو مخالفتك هذه الشروط.

17) القانون والاختصاص

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في [اكتب الدولة/الولاية القضائية] مع اختصاص المحاكم في [المدينة/الدولة]، ما لم ينص القانون الإلزامي في بلدك على خلاف ذلك.

18) التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر؛ تسري النسخة المحدّثة عند نشرها داخل التطبيق/الموقع مع تحديث تاريخ النفاذ.

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using “Dardashati,” you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility (18+)

The Service is strictly for adults 18 years and older.
We do not permit the registration, depiction, or targeting of minors, or collection of their personal data.

3) Nature of the Service

“Dardashati” is a dating & chat platform to help adults meet and connect. The Service does not provide or allow:

Any form of sexual services, escorting, or compensated companionship/dates.
International matchmaking that promotes transactional relationships.
Nudity or sexually suggestive content.

4) Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate, up‑to‑date information and comply with verification steps (email/phone as applicable).
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Impersonation and fake accounts are prohibited.

5) Community Guidelines (User Conduct)

All users must:

Treat others with respect; no harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, or blackmail.
Do not send/request sexual or nude content; do not share pirated or infringing material.
Do not request/offer money, gifts, or any compensation in exchange for dating/companionship.
Avoid sharing highly sensitive data (home addresses/ID documents) with untrusted parties.
Use Block/Report tools when needed and comply with moderation decisions.

6) Prohibited Content

Including but not limited to:

Nudity and sexual content; sexually suggestive materials.
Exploitation or endangerment of minors; any illegal activity.
Violence, extremism, hate speech.
Fraud, phishing, misleading ads, sale of prohibited goods/services.
Malware/links or attempts to compromise systems.

7) Moderation & UGC

We may use a mix of automated and human review to detect violations.
We reserve the right to remove content and restrict/suspend accounts without prior notice where appropriate.
By posting content, you grant Dardashati a worldwide, non‑exclusive, sublicensable license to use and display it for operating the Service.
For IP/copyright notices, contact us via the infringement procedure below.

8) Automated/AI Features

Synthetic chatbots or AI‑generated profiles are not allowed without clear disclosure to users.
Where enabled, we will display a badge/notice identifying automated features.

9) Safety Tips

Meet in public places; share your plan with a friend/family member.
Use Block/Report immediately upon suspicious behavior.
Do not send money or financial details to other users.

10) Permissions & Data

The app may request permissions such as location, photos, notifications to enable features (e.g., nearby discovery, alerts).
Data collection/processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may use third‑party providers (e.g., device notifications, payments) with limited data sharing strictly to enable features.

11) Subscriptions & In‑App Purchases

Purchases are processed via Google Play (or equivalent official stores) under their terms.
Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled prior to renewal.
Refund/chargeback policies may vary by platform and local law; refer to the store policy.
Virtual items (e.g., coins/gifts/boosts) are non‑transferable and non‑refundable unless required by applicable law.

12) Communications & Notifications

With your consent, we may send push notifications/in‑app messages regarding account activity or updates.
You can adjust notification preferences in device/account settings.

13) Third‑Party Services

The Service may include third‑party components (e.g., messaging push, maps, analytics). Your use of them is subject to their terms.

14) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law or misuse the Service.
You may delete your account from within the app or by contacting support.

15) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation or compatibility with all devices.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Dardashati and its affiliates against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

17) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction], with exclusive venue in [city, country], unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

18) Changes

We may update these Terms periodically; updates take effect upon posting in‑app/on the website with the new effective date.

إذا كنت تعتقد أن محتوى داخل «دَرْدَشَاتِي» ينتهك حقوقك، راسلنا على [email protected] مع:

بيانات التواصل، 2) وصف العمل المحمي، 3) رابط/مُعرّف المحتوى المخالف داخل التطبيق، 4) تصريح بحسن النية أن الاستخدام غير مُصرَّح به، 5) إقرار بصحة المعلومات وتحمّل المسؤولية القانونية.

Addendum (Optional) – IP Infringement Notice

Contact info, 2) Description of the copyrighted work, 3) Link/ID of allegedly infringing content in‑app, 4) Good‑faith statement of unauthorized use, 5) Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury.
